Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can/n beans, white (cannelini), cooked, drained
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juices, drained and shredded
  • ½ can/n tomatoes, chopped OR
  • 2 tomatoes (vine tomatoes), pitted, chopped
  • 1 onion(s), red, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sage, chopped, fresh
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery, chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fast, light, summery

Mix everything together, let it steep, and you’re done. Serve slightly chilled and delicious with toasted white bread, grilled meat, fish, and a glass of Riesling or rosé.
