Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can/n beans, white (cannelini), cooked, drained
- 1 can tuna, in its own juices, drained and shredded
- ½ can/n tomatoes, chopped OR
- 2 tomatoes (vine tomatoes), pitted, chopped
- 1 onion(s), red, chopped
- 1 tbsp sage, chopped, fresh
- 1 stalk(s) Celery, chopped
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
- Vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- olive oil
Instructions

Mix everything together, let it steep, and you’re done. Serve slightly chilled and delicious with toasted white bread, grilled meat, fish, and a glass of Riesling or rosé.
