Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 onions
- 300 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 package of tomatoes, pureed (500ml)
- 1 cup of cream
- 400 g leaf spinach, frozen
- olive oil
- margarine
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- oregano
- 9 cannelloni
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the garlic cloves and onions, dice the onions, and finely chop the garlic cloves. Divide these ingredients into three portions. Heat a little margarine in a saucepan, add the thawed or thawed spinach, and some of the diced garlic and onion. Sauté for about 15 minutes and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil in a saucepan and sauté another portion of the diced garlic and onion. Deglaze with the passata and cream, bring to a boil briefly, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Now make a meat batter with the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and the last third of the diced garlic and onion, and fill the cannelloni rolls with it. Spread the spinach in a baking dish, place the rolls on top, and drizzle with the sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
