Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine, soft
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 3 bags of instant cappuccino powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cornstarch
  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

Place the softened shortening in a bowl. Add the powdered sugar, cappuccino powder, eggs, cornstarch, and one-third of the flour. Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer on high speed. Finally, gradually stir the remaining flour into the batter. Fill the batter into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe swirls, S-shaped bows, or hearts onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200-225°C (top/bottom heat) (gas mark 3-4) for approximately 10-12 minutes. Place the cappuccino biscuits on a wire rack and allow to cool. For the glaze, heat the chocolate shortening glaze until thick. Dip each biscuit halfway into the glaze.
