Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp coffee powder (cappuccino)
  • 70 g dark chocolate shavings
  • 150 g cake icing, whole milk
  • Confectionery, (mocha beans)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a compact dough and wrap in cling film for an hour in the refrigerator. On a floured surface, roll out the dough thinly, about 1/2 cm thick, and cut out hearts. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for 12 minutes using top and bottom heat. Dip the cooled cookies halfway into the liquid milk glaze and decorate with two mocha beans.
