Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 65 ml espresso, cold, or very strong coffee
  • 65 ml milk
  • 15 g sugar
  • 65 g vanilla ice cream
  • 100 g crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine crushed ice, espresso, milk, and sugar in a blender and blend on low speed until the sugar dissolves. Then add the vanilla ice cream and blend briefly on low speed.
