Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the banana, cucumber, and spinach in a tall measuring jug. Fill the jug about halfway with water. Puree everything with a hand blender, then serve.
