Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk, e.g. from Dovgan or Milchmädchen, approx. 400 g
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a square cake frame (not extended) on the baking sheet. Chop the white chocolate and set aside. In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, butter, sugar, and vanilla extract, and bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes. Add the white chocolate and stir until smooth. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and let it cool completely. Then cut the mixture into small pieces and enjoy.
