French dessert tart

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place baking paper on a baking tray. Brush a surface the size of the puff pastry with 20g of butter and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Place the puff pastry on top. Fold the edges of the pastry over slightly. Do not peel the apples; core them, halve them lengthwise, and cut them into thin slices (half-moons). Arrange them in a rosette shape on the puff pastry, leaving a 1cm border free. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of the sugar and spread the remaining 60g butter over the apples. Bake for 30 minutes, until the surface is caramelized. Place the tart on a wire rack to cool. Serve once cooled.
