Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 m.-sized onion(s)
- 6 tbsp oil, neutral in taste
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions

Tapas
Peel and quarter the onions. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion quarters until translucent. Stir in salt and sugar and caramelize until light brown. Serve hot or cold. Note: This recipe may sound strange at first, but it’s actually quite delicious.
