Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 piece(s) ginger (approx. 2 cm)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20 g butter
- Salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
exotic, aromatic – with ginger to go with mashed potatoes
Wash and peel the carrots, and cut them into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Peel and finely dice the onion and ginger. Peel the garlic. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Sauté the onion and ginger for 3-4 minutes over low heat, but do not let them brown! Press in the garlic and add the carrot slices. Season with salt and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Delicious with mashed potatoes!
