Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms
- 100 g butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
vegetarian
Melt the butter in a hot pan (careful not to let it brown!). Add the sugar and let it foam briefly, then add the whole mushrooms to the pan. Larger mushrooms may need to be cut in half. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes over high heat.
