Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 chicken legs
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup almonds, sliced
- 2 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp clove(s), powder
- 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the drumsticks well with paprika and pepper and sear them vigorously. Layer them in a baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients well, pour over the drumsticks, and bake for about 45 minutes at medium heat. Rice is a perfect side dish.
