Astrid's turkey fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pieces of turkey fillet
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 slices of ham (toast ham)
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 can of asparagus
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs (various culinary herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the turkey fillets with salt and pepper, briefly sear, and place them in an ovenproof dish. Pour a little water over the roasting dregs and add it to the fillets. Combine the crème fraîche, sour cream, and herbs in a small bowl, add a little salt, and a pinch of paprika. Spread the sauce thickly over the fillets, place a slice of ham on top, add another dollop of the crème fraîche, arrange the asparagus on top, and cover the whole thing with a slice of cheese. Decorate the whole dish with tomatoes, peppers, and parsley and bake in the oven at approximately 200°C for 45-50 minutes. This dish is particularly delicious with parsley potatoes or curry rice.
