Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and finely grate the carrots and apples, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the quark and sour cream with the carrots and apples and season with salt and pepper.
