Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g wheat flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 2 bags vanilla (bourbon vanilla)
- 250 g butter, soft
- 5 m.-sized eggs
- 50 ml milk
- some lemon peel, untreated
- Butter for the mold
- some powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grandma’s classics
Combine flour, starch, and baking powder. Add sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, butter, eggs, and milk. Mix everything until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased 22 cm diameter Bundt cake pan and bake in a preheated oven (180°C electric oven, 160°C fan oven, gas mark 3) for about 55 minutes. Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes after baking. Turn out onto baking paper and let cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
