Delicious and quick dish from the pressure cooker

Dice the beef, carrots, potatoes, and onion. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, brown the meat, add the onion, and cook until translucent. Fill with water. Close the pot and cook for 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and let it cool until the pressure releases. Open the lid. Add the potatoes, carrots, vegetable stock, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off the oven and wait until the pressure releases. Open the lid, add sugar and, if desired, cream, and season the vegetables to taste. It tastes best reheated the next day.
