Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large carrots, finely grated
  • 2 medium-sized onions, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 3 tbsp whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • some herbal salt
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and knead. If the mixture is very moist, add some more breadcrumbs. Form the mixture into 8-10 patties and fry in clarified butter.
