  • 25 g lentils, red
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Complementary food from 8 months. Clean the carrots and slice them thinly. Boil them with the lentils in water for about 15 minutes. Puree until the desired consistency is reached, adding a little water if necessary. Stir in the oil. Lentils are a valuable source of protein. If made in larger quantities, the puree can easily be frozen in portions.
