Pea and potato mash with sesame

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 kg peas, frozen
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 250 ml peppermint tea
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 6 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

for about 6 portions, from the 7th month

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, and chop them. Cook the peas and sesame seeds in the peppermint tea for about 10 minutes. Add the parsley and the chopped potatoes. Add the apple juice and rapeseed oil and blend everything until smooth. Divide into approximately 200g portions and freeze.
