Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour (wheat flour)
- 100 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cardamom, ground
- 40 g margarine (soy margarine)
- 60 g brown sugar
- 250 g banana(s), mashed
- 120 g carrot(s), grated
- 30 g walnuts, finely chopped
- 40 g raisins, chopped
- 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), about
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
enough for approx. 12 pieces
Sift flour and cardamom into a bowl. Then mix in the soy margarine, sugar, banana, carrots, walnuts, and raisins. Stir in enough soy milk to make a soft dough. Knead and roll out to about 2 cm thick. Cut out approximately 6 cm circles and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C for about 20 minutes.
