Carrot – buckwheat – goat cheese patties

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 150 g jacket potatoes, cold
  • 20 olives, black in brine, drained
  • 50 g onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste, ad tube
  • 100 g cheese (goat cheese), grated
  • 2 tsp herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 20 peppercorns
  • 100 g buckwheat
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

gluten-free, soy-free, egg-free, cow’s milk-free

Finely grate the carrots, mash the boiled potatoes, finely chop the black olives and onions, grate the goat cheese, and grind the buckwheat grains. Quickly mix all ingredients, except the cooking fat, then form 8 patties with wet hands and fry them on both sides in the hot cooking fat over reduced heat. Be careful, the batter will be soft. My own recipe.
