Carrot Cream Soup with Red Pepper

The perfect carrot cream soup with red pepper recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Mild coconut fat
  • 4 piece Grated carrots
  • 1 cups Vegan cream
  • 1 tbsp Red peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Oleolux *
  1. Leave the chopped onion in the coconut oil, add the grated carrots, stew a little and pour about half of the cream on top and heat.
  2. Put the whole thing in the mixer – I put it in the Vitamix * – and puree, then back into the saucepan, add the pepper, stir in the Oleolux and stir in the rest of the cream, everything should brew for about 15 minutes.

Serving

  1. Fill into soup bowls and garnish with the parsley and “… spoon out the soup”
