Ingredients
- 1 medium sized Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Mild coconut fat
- 4 piece Grated carrots
- 1 cups Vegan cream
- 1 tbsp Red peppercorns
- 2 tbsp Oleolux *
Instructions
- Leave the chopped onion in the coconut oil, add the grated carrots, stew a little and pour about half of the cream on top and heat.
- Put the whole thing in the mixer - I put it in the Vitamix * - and puree, then back into the saucepan, add the pepper, stir in the Oleolux and stir in the rest of the cream, everything should brew for about 15 minutes.
Serving
- Fill into soup bowls and garnish with the parsley and "... spoon out the soup"
