Carrot Cream Soup with Red Pepper

Ingredients
 

  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Mild coconut fat
  • 4 piece Grated carrots
  • 1 cups Vegan cream
  • 1 tbsp Red peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Oleolux *

Instructions
 

  • Leave the chopped onion in the coconut oil, add the grated carrots, stew a little and pour about half of the cream on top and heat.
  • Put the whole thing in the mixer - I put it in the Vitamix * - and puree, then back into the saucepan, add the pepper, stir in the Oleolux and stir in the rest of the cream, everything should brew for about 15 minutes.

Serving

  • Fill into soup bowls and garnish with the parsley and "... spoon out the soup"
