Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 70 g carrot(s), finely grated
  • 30 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Soup garnish, looks nice in a green soup

Cream butter with sugar, salt, and pepper until fluffy. Stir in the egg and carrots. Stir in the flour and breadcrumbs, and season to taste. Scoop 2 teaspoons of dumplings into the pan and let stand in salted water (boiling, but not boiling) for 10 minutes.
