Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 cloves
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- ⅛ liter of water
- 2 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 500 ml grape juice, red
- 500 ml apple juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring the cloves and cinnamon stick to a boil with the water and simmer for at least 10 minutes. Then strain the liquid into another pot. Add the apple juice and grape juice and heat vigorously (but do not allow it to boil). Meanwhile, squeeze the oranges and lemons, strain them through a sieve, and heat again to approximately 80°C. This is delicious with gingerbread.
