Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 25 g Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 5 g parsley, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Trim the ends of the carrots and cut them into sticks. Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the carrots. Mix everything well and spread on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until crispy.
