Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 300 g potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 box of cress
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and finely grate the carrots and potatoes, and place them in a bowl. Stir in the eggs and flour and season well with salt and pepper. Chop the cress and mix in. Heat the oil in a pan. Drop the mixture into the pan in even heaps and flatten with the back of a spoon. Fry the fritters for 6-8 minutes, turning once or twice. We like to serve them with herb curd.
