Carrot Meatballs Hearty and Juicy

- 300 g Minced meat half beef, half pork
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 1 disc Toast
- Milk
- 2 medium-sized Carrots
- 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tsp Mustard sweet
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli flakes
- Sweet paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- Oil or clarified butter
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Soak the toast in a little milk. Peel the onion, chop it finely and sauté it in a little oil in a pan. Peel the carrots and grate finely.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add egg, pressed toast, carrots, mustard and onions and mix everything well. Season well with the spices.
- Form small balls out of the mixture with your hands, flatten them a little, toss in breadcrumbs and bake in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
