Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 large carrots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • Salt

quick, easy and delicious

Peel the carrots and finely grate them. Peel and crush the garlic cloves, then add them to a bowl with the carrots. Season with mayonnaise and salt and mix well.
