Carrot Soup with Little Ginger Quickly

The perfect carrot soup with little ginger quickly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 thickness Carrots
  • 4 Discs Ginger
  • 1 Three quarters of a liter Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 very good tbsp Vegetable paste
  • 1 half a gift Cream 30% fat
  • 1 ham Hot dog
  • Grated ginger
  • Chives
  1. Serve the carrots with the water, add the ginger slices, add a dash of olive oil and slowly simmer. When the carrots are soft, cut into small pieces, remove the ginger slices, mix finely with the magic wand.
