Carrot soup with oat flakes and red lentils

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp curry
  • 1 tbsp lentils, red
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, flower-soft
  • 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • possibly linseed oil
  • possibly herbs, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegan

Peel and chop the carrot. Combine all ingredients except the orange juice and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the orange juice and puree the soup. If you like, you can also add some linseed oil and fresh herbs.
