Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark 40%
  • 6 carrots (baby carrots)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

super-fast carrot quiche

Finely grate the baby carrots and mince the garlic cloves. Mix both with quark, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. It’s a wonderful side dish for a barbecue, and also goes well with boiled potatoes.
