Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 carrots
  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 4 eggs, size S
  • 65 ml carbonated mineral water
  • e.g. powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

ideal for children

Peel and finely grate the carrots. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and margarine. Add the flour and baking powder and mix. Finally, add the mineral water and mix again. Bake in the waffle iron at level 4 (out of 5) and decorate with powdered sugar, if desired. This recipe yields approximately 9 waffles.
