Carrot-zucchini-shrimp vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 300 g shrimp(s) (party shrimp)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chives, dried
  • 20 g margarine
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Cayenne pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and grate the carrots. Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces, and wash the shrimp. Melt the margarine in a pan. Add the carrots, zucchini, and shrimp to the pan and let them cook for 10 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and mix. Once the cream cheese has melted, season with paprika, cayenne pepper, and oregano. Finally, stir in the dried chives and serve. This was served with a mixed salad (lettuce hearts, radishes, and tomatoes) and chicken breast fillets.
