Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano
- 100 g shrimp(s)
- 100 g tomatoes

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the grated cheese, eggs, baking powder, flaxseed, and oregano in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a tablespoon to form 6 discs onto the sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes. Brown the shrimp and sliced tomatoes in a nonstick pan without fat. Arrange the cheese discs, tomatoes, and shrimp together on a plate and serve.
