Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 carrots, raw
  • 3 apples
  • lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Coarsely grate the carrots and apples. Season with lemon juice, sugar, and flaxseed. Mix everything together.
