Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 carrots, raw
- 3 apples
- lemon juice
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Coarsely grate the carrots and apples. Season with lemon juice, sugar, and flaxseed. Mix everything together.
