Cashew-banana nice cream with nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter, 100%
  • 3 tbsp natural, low-fat or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tsp nuts, chopped
  • some banana(s), sliced
  • some maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

for all meta types

Peel and slice the bananas, and freeze for at least 4 hours. Freezing overnight is best. The next day, let the bananas thaw briefly, blend them with cashew butter and yogurt in a blender, and serve. Garnish with chopped nuts, a few banana slices, and a drizzle of maple syrup. You can also freeze the ice cream for another 1-2 hours if you want to serve scoops.
