- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 10 ml linseed oil, cold-pressed
- 5 g honey
- 100 g banana(s)
- 25 g oat flakes, fine or wholegrain
- 10 g walnuts
- 50 g raspberries, fresh
- 50 g blueberries, fresh
- some fresh mint for garnishing
Instructions

Mix the quark with the linseed oil and honey until creamy. If the cream is too thick, add a little cold tap water. Slice the banana. Layer the quark cream with the remaining ingredients in a glass. Garnish with fresh mint. 497 kcal per serving.
