Cashew sour cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g cashew nuts
  • 100 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • ½ tsp salad herbs, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegan

Boil the cashews in water for 15 minutes. Drain the nuts. Puree all ingredients in a deep bowl. Add apple cider vinegar and/or salt if needed.
