The perfect casserole: broccoli gratinated with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Broccoli
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 4 piece Fresh tomatoes
- 150 g Emmental full fat level
- 0,5 tsp Pepper from the grinder

Preparatory work:
- Boil them hard in the egg boiler, quench, peel and cut in half lengthways. Dust with salt and paprika lightly.

- The tomatoes are also washed and cut in half.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and place the broccoli in it for about 15 minutes. let cook. Put in a colander and drain well.

- In the meantime, the oven is heated to 250 ° C (gas: level 5-6). Put the baking dish in the middle of the oven.
- When the cheese has melted well, remove the casserole and add the egg halves.
