Casserole: Fruity and Spicy Gratin

The perfect casserole: fruity and spicy gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Chicken breast fillets
  • 3 piece Red peppers
  • 1 packet Tomatoes happened, 500 g
  • 1 packet Mozzarella
  • 150 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 0,5 tsp Chicken broth instant
  • 1 Msp Pepper
  • 1 Msp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Msp Salt
  • 1 big Herbal Butter Baguette
  • 1 tsp Herbal seasoning
  1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets with cold water, pat dry and place in a gratin dish.
  2. Clean and wash the peppers, cut into strips and spread on the meat.
  3. Put the puree tomatoes, créme fraiche herbs, with the spices in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly. Spread the mixture in the gratin over the meat and peppers so that everything is covered.
  4. Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices and set aside.
  5. Place the gratin in the preheated oven and cook there at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Then distribute the mozzrarella slices on top, sprinkle the gratin with the herbs and spices and finish cooking for another 10 minutes at 175 degrees.
  6. Spread the chicken with paprika and sauce on plates and serve with slices of herb baguette.
