Fruity and Spicy Tomato Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 6 Fresh tomatoes
  • 0,3 Apples are best a sweet variety, e.g. Pink Lady
  • 0,5 Chilli fresh or dried
  • Chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 splash Sherry vinegar
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 0,5 Onion

Instructions
 

  • Cut the tomatoes into pieces suitable for salad, cut the apples to max. Half the size of the tomatoes, chop the chilli into small pieces, chop the onion, add the oil, basil and sherry vinegar. Season to taste with pepper and salt and let steep for at least 1 hour. The tomato salad has a nice spicy note which the apples get a nice fruity note.
