Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta, green
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 stalk(s) leek, finely chopped
- e.g. cayenne pepper
- Salt
- ¼ liter red wine
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 10 black olives, halved
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 g grated cheese for gratinating
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the finely chopped onion and chopped garlic, then sprinkle with curry powder. Add the minced meat and sauté. Add the sliced leek. Deglaze with red wine and tomato paste and season with cayenne pepper and salt. Grease a baking dish and add the minced meat and leek mixture. Mix the drained pasta with the halved olives and serve. Sprinkle with the sour cream and grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 30 minutes.
