  • 250 g pasta, green
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, finely chopped
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • ¼ liter red wine
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 10 black olives, halved
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g grated cheese for gratinating
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the finely chopped onion and chopped garlic, then sprinkle with curry powder. Add the minced meat and sauté. Add the sliced ​​leek. Deglaze with red wine and tomato paste and season with cayenne pepper and salt. Grease a baking dish and add the minced meat and leek mixture. Mix the drained pasta with the halved olives and serve. Sprinkle with the sour cream and grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 30 minutes.
