Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g wild garlic
- 250 g butter, soft
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Clean and finely chop the wild garlic. Mix it with softened butter and olive oil (this works best in a food processor). Transfer the finished mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate. It’s perfect for any upcoming barbecues.
