Ingredients

  • 1 small Cauliflower fresh
  • 4 medium Waxy potatoes
  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Chicken egg fresh
  • 1 medium Fresh onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Sweet paprika
  • 5 splash Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp 8 herb mixture frozen
  • 2 slice Cooked ham
  • 100 g Gouda middle-aged
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 50 g Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  • The cauliflower is cleaned and cut into florets of the same size, then the potatoes are peeled, washed and quartered and both are cooked to the bite in lightly salted water (approx. 15 minutes).
  • Next, mix the minced meat with the onions (which I finely diced), egg, salt, pepper, sweet paprika, the 8-herb mixture and the Worcestershire sauce and season to taste.
  • Grate the Gouda cheese and season with cream, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  • Drain the cauliflower and potatoes and put about half of the cauliflower in a bowl (the next day there is a delicious cauliflower salad - recipe for this in my KB). Mix the rest of the cauliflower and the potatoes with the ham and place in a well-buttered baking dish.
  • Cover evenly with the minced meat mixture and brush with the cheese and cream mixture.
  • Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
