Ingredients
 

Cat skewers

  • 1 Kg Ground beef or half lamb
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 4 Garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Pair Leaves - basil
  • Parsley
  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions
 

Cat skewers

  • Take a large bowl and pour the ground beef into it. Peel the onions and place in a lightning chopper along with the parsley, chop finely. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into a press. Season everything together with the spices, season to taste.
  • Now form small meatballs (20 gr.) And place them on a wooden skewer. Then roll into an oblong shape. Do not roll too thick as they will take a little longer to cook through on the grill. It is best to do it a day in advance, because then they are well done and taste really great.
