Cat skewers
- 1 Kg Ground beef or half lamb
- 2 Onions
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 4 Garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 Pair Leaves - basil
- Parsley
- Salt, gourmet pepper
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
Cat skewers
- Take a large bowl and pour the ground beef into it. Peel the onions and place in a lightning chopper along with the parsley, chop finely. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into a press. Season everything together with the spices, season to taste.
- Now form small meatballs (20 gr.) And place them on a wooden skewer. Then roll into an oblong shape. Do not roll too thick as they will take a little longer to cook through on the grill. It is best to do it a day in advance, because then they are well done and taste really great.
