Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • e.g. sea salt

  • ½ cup sour cream (10%)
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 3 eggs, XL
  • ½ tsp chili, shredded
  • 5 slice(s) sausage, spicy or salami
  • 80 g cheese, grated Emmental
  • 2 tbsp parsley or chives

Peel the potatoes and place them on the gourmet slicer. Peel the onion and slice it as well. Heat a large omelet pan, then add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and fry the sliced ​​potatoes over low heat until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper and, after turning, top with the sliced ​​onion. Whisk the eggs with the cream and pour over the potato and onion mixture. Distribute the sausage slices over the egg mixture. Spread the grated cheese over the sausage slices and cover the pan with the lid. Turn off the heat and let the egg mixture set. Garnish with chives or parsley, if you have them on hand. You can also bake it in the oven using a heatproof pan.
