Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 350 g bell pepper(s), colored
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp chives, rolled
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and press the garlic clove. Clean, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Peel, wash, and thinly slice the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius fan-assisted oven). Fry the potatoes in oil for about 5 minutes, add the bell peppers, ham, and garlic, and fry for another 5 minutes. Transfer everything to a greased dish. Whisk the eggs, chives, and cream, season with salt and pepper, and pour into the dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Cut the tortilla into pieces and serve garnished with olives, if desired.
