Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cauliflower, pre-cooked, cut into florets
- 800 g jacket potatoes, sliced
- 1 pack of Hollandaise sauce, ready-made
- 250 g cheese, grated
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Layer cauliflower florets and potato slices in a greased baking dish. Pour hollandaise sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. Tip: If you like, you can mix minced meat or ham strips with the cauliflower and potatoes. This makes the dish non-vegetarian.
