Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 m.-large cauliflower
  • 150 g peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 500 ml curry sauce (ready-made product or homemade)
  • Salt
  • Chili flakes, if you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil eggs for about 7 minutes (any way you like them). Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower. After about 5 minutes, add the peas to the cauliflower and cook. When the vegetables are tender, remove them and set aside. If desired, finish the sauce with chili flakes. Now add the vegetables to the sauce, halve the eggs, and add them. Potatoes go well with this.
