Low-carb cauliflower pizza

Preheat the oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-assisted. Clean the cauliflower and then grate it in a food processor. If you don’t have a food processor, you can also grate it by hand or chop it very finely. Place the cauliflower on a baking tray lined with baking paper and lightly salt it. Cover with a second piece of baking paper and bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the cheese with the egg and pepper in a bowl. Remove the cauliflower from the baking tray, let it cool briefly, and then mix it with the cheese and egg mix. On the baking tray lined with baking paper, form the cauliflower mixture into a round pizza-like flatbread, flatten it with your hands, and bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for another 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the topping for the pizza. Remove the cauliflower pizza from the oven, add toppings as desired, and bake for another 10 minutes. Please note that since the pizza will only be put in the oven for a short time, please do not use ingredients that are too thick and avoid raw minced meat.
